1928 Ford Model A "Tub"
Custom built from a sedan to make a 2 door Phaeton,
1950 Ford 8BA 239 cu. in. Flathead V8,
Custom built headers,
1 3/4 inch full exhaust with glass packs,
Aprox. 5000 miles on rebuilt engine (This flathead runs cool with no heating issues!),
12 Volt system with GM Alternator (no charging issues!),
Battery located behind the seat secured in a marine case,
3 on the tree 1950 Ford manual transmission,
1936 Ford Banjo (open drive shaft) rear end with 3:55 gear ratio,
Rebuilt hydraulic drum brakes,
This very straight steel body sits on a set of new Victory Rod & Custom 1932 frame rails,
These '32 rails have a 4 degree sweep in the front and are pinched for the Model A body,
1936 Ford drop axle with 4 inch drop by Victory Rod & Custom,
Glass 1932 radiator shell with stainless insert,
Custom made leaned back windshield,
Filled outside door handles,
Bear claw door latches,
1932 Ford inside door pulls,
1938 custom Ford dash,
Interior of doors are molded to blend into dash,
1950 Ford cut down 14 inch steering wheel & column,
Ford F-100 steering box,
Custom built red leather bench seat,
Black loop carpet,
Era correct cotton canvas tonneau cover (storage area underneath for luggage, lawn chairs & coolers),
Fuel tank moved to rear of the car also under tonneau cover,
Round bar custom (period correct) rear bumper,
Guide 682-J Headlights mounted on custom dropped headlight bar,
1936 Ford truck tail light buckets with Lincoln Zepher lenses,
1935 Ford wire wheels,
Firestone Champion Bias Ply tires,
Rear: 7.50 x 16 / 5 inch whitewall,
Front: 5.00 x 16 / 2 inch whitewall,
