1935 Plymouth Woody
This is a 1935 Plymouth Woody Wagon street rod.
It's custom body was scratch-built, and photos of the original 4-door sedan donor car are in the link below with 'more pictures'.
It's a fresh build, with only ~300 miles on it.
It's priced to sell at $50,000 US or $67,500 CDN.
It has numerous street rod modifications and updates designed to make it more driveable, safer and comfortable on todays roads.
It's powered by a Fuel Injected Chevrolet LT-1 5.7 V8, with a 4 speed 4L60E automatic, Ford rearend with 3.50 gearing, power steering, power disc brakes and power windows.
It has headers with dual exhausts.
Front suspension is an aftermarket Mustang II-style crossmember with tubular control arms and rack and pinion steering.
It has a Dakota Digital gauge package, a Kenwood stereo and tilt steering with column shift.
It has Newport Engineering electric windshield wipers.
The body is made from ASH structural wood and BAMBOO panels.
The roof and headliner are also ASH, covered with Mercedes top cloth.
It has bucket front seats and a bench rear seat.
The doors have Bear Claw latches and electric solenoids with a remote.
There is tons of room, with almost 2 feet between the back of the front seat to the front of the rear seat, and almost 4 feet between the back of the rear seat and the tailgate.
Everything on the car is either new or rebuilt.
It has been through the British Columbia Provincial Inspection for modified vehicles, been certified and is registered in BC.
There are extensive photos taken and receipts kept during the build that can go with the car.
This is the last and final build of a series of woodies by the builder.
