THERE IS NO PARKING AT THE MEADOWS LOT ANY MORE. ALL PARKING (AND FREE SHUTTLES) ARE FROM THE PORTLAND INTERNATIONAL RACEWAY. The easiest way to get to the RACEWAY is by MAX Light Rail
